A fundraiser has been organised for the Charleville area on August 22nd in
aid of Heart Children Ireland.
It has been organised by Tommy and Elaine Harrold whose son Danny was
diagnosed at 6 weeks old with a congenital heart defect. He spent 6 weeks
in total in Crumlin & had his open heart surgery on 18th May which is
showing to be successful so far.
The fundraiser is to benefit Heart Children Ireland, which are a support
group for Parents & Families of children born with a congenital heart
defect,they are non-government funded & make annual donations to both Our
Ladys Hospital for Sick Children Crumlin & The Mater Hospital.

Also can I say fair play to Tommy & Elaine for organising this fundraiser,they had a lot on their plate recently so I think its really good of them to give up their time to raise funds for the hospital that looked after Danny. Well Done to them both

it was a briliant night. thanks for organising it!! myself and friends all in our 40's now, braved the stares and dressed up like we used to!! made us feel great!!! it would be brilliant to have something like this to look forward to every year!!

Completley agree loinnir,it would be great to have it every year. If not for heart children ireland,then some other charity.
